To help us answer first time, please include your order number (it starts with #, and it is at the top of your confirmation email) and, if the question is about sizing, your animal’s measurements rather than its breed.

This is our pick-and-pack facility, not a retail shop, so please do not send returns here without a returns authorisation — unidentified parcels take much longer to match to an order. Email us first and we will send the correct return address.

Before you write
A few things we get asked most days, answered in full on our other pages:

If tracking says delivered and the parcel is not with you, please check around the property and with neighbours first — that resolves it most of the time. If it has not appeared after 48 hours, email us and we will file a carrier claim and put it right.
Wholesale and rescues
We supply groomers, trainers, boarding kennels and rescue organisations at trade terms. Email us with what you need and roughly how often you need it, and we will send a price list. Registered rescues get an additional discount — just tell us who you are.
