We ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $35; a flat $4.95 applies below that.

Returns & our happy-tails guarantee

If you or your pet aren’t happy, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Unopened items in original condition can be returned; for consumables, just tell us what went wrong — we’ll make it right.
