A furniture-grade crate for people who would rather not have a wire cage in the living room. The frame is solid white oak with mortise-and-tenon joinery, finished in a water-based satin that stands up to a damp cloth. Vertical spindles are spaced to the same standard as a proper crate, and the door swings on concealed hinges with a child-and-dog-proof catch. The top is a flat, load-rated surface that works as a side table, and the interior floor lifts out for cleaning. Assembly is six bolts with a supplied hex key. Delivered flat-packed and blanket-wrapped; allow two people for the larger size.
